Lilly Day of Service Set to Make Improvements in BTN and MidTown

May 20th will see midtown Indianapolis transformed when 9,500 Eli Lilly employees fan across the midtown area to engage in a large array of community service projects as part of the Lilly Day of Service. Last July, Lilly and KIB approached HARMONI (Historic Midtown Initiative) to help identify potential projects in Midtown — which includes Meridian-Kessler, Butler-Tarkington, North Meridian Street Historic District and Broad Ripple. If you’re out and about on May 20, be sure to share your appreciation with Lilly employees. Watch for projects in our neighborhood that will include improvements at the MLK Community Center and all three BTN Parks.
