Indianapolis Children’s Choir – Choral Festival Summer Camp

The Indianapolis Children’s Choir is holding their annual summer camp, Choral Festival, for kids entering grades 3 -  8. The camp is held on Butler University’s campus June 13-18, and costs $75 per child with tuition assistance available.   Singers will study with Ruth Dwyer, recently voted the Outstanding Hoosier Musician by the Indiana Music Educators Association, and ICC founder and artistic director, Henry Leck.  They will learn music theory, how to sing in a group, and music from other cultures.  The week will end in a public performance at Clowes Memorial Hall.  For many children, this is a first step in a journey with one of the finest children’s choral programs in the world!
