At our meeting, we will hear from IPS General Counsel Ahmed Young, who will give an overview of the financial situation IPS is facing and their plans for seeking a referendum in November. We will also hear from Citizen’s Energy about their DigIndy project boosting Indy’s sewer capacity (and also the project responsible for the road closure at 28th and Meridian).
