Please join us for our first meeting of 2018 this Monday at 6:30 p.m., at the MLK Community Center, located at 40th and Illinois Streets.  At our January meeting, we will hear from representatives of Third Street Ventures LLC about their plans for the redevelopment of the former IFD Station 16 building.  We will also hear from Ed Sherman about the redevelopment of the old Chase Bank site on 38th Street.  In addition, State Senator John Ruckleshaus will be available to discuss proposed legislation in the General Assembly including a bill which would provide a mechanism to construct flood protection for the Town of Rocky Ripple.  BTNA President Clark Kirkman will also provide an update on this upcoming Saturday’s Butler-Tarkington MLK 5K run through the neighborhood.  We hope to see you there!  An agenda can be downloaded here.
