Please join us for our July meeting on Monday, at 6:30 p.m., at the MLK Center, located at 40th and Illinois Streets.  Monday’s meeting will feature a talk by former IMPD Chief Rick Hite, now with the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, about working with the ICRC for neighborhood betterment.  The meeting will also feature appetizers from Scotty’s Dawghouse!  BTNA President Clark Kirkman will also provide brief updates regarding IFD Station 16 and the floodwall project.  This meeting will also kick off a BTNA Uniform Drive for IPS School 43!  Attendees are encouraged to bring gently used child-sized polo shirts and/or khaki pants (black, tan, etc), as well as child sized belts.  Alternatively, attendees are free to make a monetary, tax-deductible donation that will be specifically applied toward the purchase of school uniforms.  The full agenda can be downloaded here.
