46 for XLVI: Mural Update

The 46 for XLVI program is a partnership between the Arts Council of Indianapolis and the City of Indianapolis. 46 for XLVI was created to elevate the arts and culture of the City in preparation for Super Bowl XLVI. Over the course of the program both local and national artists will create 46 murals around Marion County.

“The arts play a vital role in enhancing our urban environment. The “46 for XLVI” murals will beautify our neighborhoods and are an innovative and creative way to augment the extensive infrastructure work underway across the City.”
- Mayor Greg Ballard

Midtown Holiday Home Tour – November 12&13

2nd Annual Midtown Holiday Home Tour
The Holiday Home Tour has a rich history in our Midtown neighborhoods of Broad Ripple, Butler-Tarkington, Mapleton-Fall Creek, Meridian-Kessler and the North Meridian Street Historic District. Sponsored for many years by the Easter Seals Crossroads Guild, the tour began a new era last year as the Midtown Holiday Home Tour.

Each home is decorated by a local florist, working closely with the homeowners to reflect their personal style. This Midtown tradition has helped families begin their holiday seasons for over 30 years.
