BTNA will partner with Butler University and the Unitarian Universalist Church to participate in the Great Indy Cleanup on Saturday, April 23rd. The Unitarian Universalist Church is located at 615 W. 43rd Street, and we will meet at 9:00 am.

The Great Indy Cleanup  is a Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB) anti-litter program to combat heavy litter and debris that has accumulated in public spaces such as streets, alleys, greenspaces and waterways. The Cleanup will be part of a citywide effort in the month of April.

BTNA is looking for additional partners and volunteers that will be willing to participate in this activity and spend a few hours beautifying our community. If your organization is interested in participating, please contact board member Jeremy Stewart at

Additionally, you can support BTNA by depositing paper for recycling in the dumpster in the Safeway parking lot at 56th & Illinois. BTNA receives a portion of the proceeds from that project. March is a double dollar month; so, the more you recycle in this dumpster this month the more you can support BTNA, while helping the environment.
