Three incredible organizations in our neighborhood are hosting safe trick-or-treat events for children in the community to gather great treats this year.

Oct. 25th from 12:30 – 1pm — Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis (615 W. 43rd) will be hosting a “trunk-or-treat” in the parking lot, with other games and activities available afterwards until 2pm.  Contact Susanne (re@uui.org) with any questions.

Oct. 25th from 4 – 5:30pm — Meridian Street United Methodist Church (5500 N. Meridian) will be hosting a “trunk-or-treat” event in the parking lot.  If you are interested in dressing up yourself and your car to be one of the “trunks”, contact Elisa (edeer@meridianstreet.org).

Oct. 30th from 4 – 6:30pm — Martin Luther King Community Center (40 W. 40th Street) will be hosting an indoor trick-or-treat party.  If you would like to donate your time – or candy! – for the event, contact Allison (aluthe@mlkccindy.org).  Please note the MLK Center is also conducting a food drive and encourages everyone to bring one canned good or non-perishable item for free admission.

Have fun and be safe!
